This cheat code will make it possible for you to create hotels. Simple build your lot on a community lot, then type in this cheat, save, exit...and you have a hotel.

TIP: boolProp dormSpecificToolsDisabled [true/false]

If you change your lot to a hotel, and realize there were still some changes you needed to make, use this cheat from University to get all the options for buy and build mode back. False will get you the buy & build mode options.  True turns them off.

modifyNeighborhoodTerrain on

Lets you alter your neighborhood terrain.  To use:

Enter cheat in neighborhood screen.  Click the cursor over the area you would like to raise or lower.  Click and drag to cover a large space of land.  Press [ or ] to raise or lower the terrain by one click.  press \ to Level Terrain.  To smooth terrain, press P.  "off" turns the cheat off.
