Roughing It Dorm

Tell the grandchildren you made it through Uni living in a tent! This is the outdoors alternative for Uni Sims that don't like being stuck in a dorm room with a tiny bed and a desk. Room for 4 Sims, tent area includes a tent, weight bench, musical instrument, lounge chair, and chess table. Outdoors under a canopy you can work or play on the computer, read, sip espresso, all while watching the tide go in and out.  Of course, there is a room for those Sims that just can't cut it, with comfy couches, a flat screen TV, desks and computer, and 2 beds.
